Maple Granola

Melt 1/2 cup light brown sugar and 1/2 cup maple syrup in pan over low heat. Cool in a big bowl. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp allspice, 1 tbl vanilla extract, 2 egg whites (or 1/2 cup oil), whisk. Add 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup walnuts, 1/2 cut sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup coconut, handful of slivered/sliced almonds. Bake 20-35 minutes at 325. Turn and bake for 5-10. This all depends on whether your oven, like mine, is fueled directly from the fires of hell. Add raisins and/or cranberries.
