Selling my Swell Season tickets to go see Bluegrass night at the Velvet Lounge in DC (Justin Jones is playing - saw him Thursday, he and the band are FANTASTICO. Please go see them!). He does bluegrass/blues/rock, covers Townes, plays harmonica and has a banjo and a horn section (and keyboards sometimes, but not Thursday). Also the band were super nice.
So goodbye Irish-Czech downer rock, hello super fun Bluegrass Night!! What a good deal.
